Join Carol Shwidock of Harmony Yoga for Gentle Yoga/ Mindful Movements in the beauty filled gardens of Designs by Lee.  Carol will teach you about the 5 Elements of Chinese Medicine and how you can incorporate them in your life to cultivate peace & joy! She will serenade you in a Healing Sound Bath at the end so your body can integrate this healing medicine. Carol Shwidock, Yoga Therapist, started Harmony Yoga 23 years ago in Stamford. She teaches Private Yoga, Holds Retreats and limited Community Classes!

Sunday Morning Sound Baths

Start your Sunday with serenity at Designs by Lee. Join us for a peaceful hour of sound healing with crystal bowls, chimes, and the natural beauty of our garden surroundings. Let the stress melt away and reconnect with yourself through the soothing power of sound. Sessions are just $35 and take place outdoors under the open sky—May 18 and June 22 from 10–11 AM.
